Particularly focused around being customer centric by allowing customers to create bespoke pieces tailored by themselves at affordable prices. Sales success has been largely pioneered by the ability of customers to design furniture that can be visually seen with some of the latest 3D software available in the industry before any pieces of material are touched.
Xcels show room is built up of a 4 floor showroom specifically designed to ensure that the customer journey is fulfilled at ease to ensure once they walk in they have little reason to walk back out.
Customers of Xcel benefit from receiving some of the highest grade of work within the industry from staff who have a decorated resume having worked on high profile clients such a David Beckham in previous roles. Xcel has found itself to be fortunate to inherit skilled workers such as this due to the collapse of other PLC companies who once belonged to the industry.
Keen to offering back to the local community, Xcel offers apprentice opportunities for vibrant students who are currently going through education or have recently left. We feel at Xcel this is a way to offer back to society what we have been so fortunate to enjoy across the last several years.
Across the last few years at Xcel we have worked extremely hard to work on vertical growth, allowing us more control on the supply chain. The business decision made a few years ago was to ensure that customers were not having to wait long periods of time for bespoke pieces, something that is a conventional practice in the industry. Going against the grain in this manner has allowed us to stay ahead of competitors, cementing our place as West Yorkshires largest kitchen, bedroom and fireplace showrooms.
