Can I book a delivery date online?
No. All delivery bookings must be made over the phone.
Can I change my delivery date?
If your item is being delivered by us or any of our delivery partners, with the exception of Next Day and 3 day delivery, you can change your delivery day up to 72 hours prior to delivery.
Do you deliver to my address?
Delivery is available in England, Wales and Scotland, however customers living in some remote rural areas should note some delivery services are either extended by 2 working days, or in some instances not available at all.
Can all my items arrive at the same time?
You can arrange for several products to be delivered on the same day. But items distributed though different delivery partners may arrive separately and at different times.
What if I’m out when you try to deliver?
If your item is being delivered on the Next Day or 3 day delivery service the delivery company will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver the item to you. They will redeliver the item to you within 7 days of the original delivery date. If your item is being delivered on any other service you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery date.
Can I call you on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time?
No, unfortunately you can’t contact us on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery time. However if we are delivering the item we will have already contacted you to confirm whether the item will be delivered during the morning or afternoon.
